HOLY MONDAY - The Temple of the Body and the Bitter Cure of Cleansing

It is time to cleanse the Temple.

Dear friends and followers, today is Holy Monday - the day when Jesus drove the merchants out of the temple. Let this be the time for us, too, to cast out all that is impure from our own physical temple - the body.

We often forget that the liver is the place where we store not only toxins, but also accumulated anger and bitterness. And anger is a poison that corrodes our health from within.

That is why today we choose humility as a spiritual remedy, and bitter herbs as its earthly helper.

Do not wait for a miracle to come from outside. Herbs are only a hand extended by Nature, but you are the ones who must take that step.

Change your thoughts, cleanse your plate, and allow the power of dandelion and nettle to renew your blood. Remember: herbs help only those who are ready to change themselves.

Spiritual Message
Jesus drives the merchants from the temple. It is time to cast out all that is impure from our physical temple.

Herbal Blend for Blood and Liver Cleansing

Holy Monday is dedicated to the liver - the organ that stores anger, while humility is the remedy for anger, which burdens the liver.

Ingredients:
• Dandelion Root (Taraxacum officinale) - 1 part
• Nettle (Urtica dioica) - 1 part
• Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum) seeds, crushed - 1 part

Preparation:
Pour 500 ml of boiling water over 2 tablespoons of the herbal mixture. Simmer gently for 5 minutes over low heat, then leave to steep for 20 minutes.

Use:
Drink in three equal portions throughout the day, 30 minutes before meals. Dandelion is the cleanser of the bile and liver, while nettle purifies the blood. This blend is ideal for beginning the week of cleansing.

Recommended duration: 30 days.

Caution:
Do not use in cases of gallstones or acute ulcers without prior consultation.

Cleansing Response:
During the first five days, some people may experience a mild headache or a coated tongue - a sign that the body is eliminating toxins. Humility and inner peace are essential here, so that the process is not interrupted.

Notes from the Healer (Consultant Phytotherapist):
Dandelion: Indispensable in cases of chronic liver inflammation and for stimulating metabolism.
Milk Thistle: Contains silymarin - a substance known for supporting the regeneration of liver cells.
Nettle: Known as the “Mother of Herbs,” it purifies the blood and strengthens the vital forces.

During this cleansing period, it is recommended to avoid dairy products and heavy fats in order to give the gallbladder the rest it needs.
